Sanam Bewafa released in 1991.
My collection
contained two tracks from the film (including the subject of this post).
If they were
arranged in the alphabetical order, O Hare Dupatte Wali was the second.
It was, in fact,
the second song from the film which was about an accessory worn by women – a dupatta
(which was green in colour)
And it would not
be incorrect to state that Vipin Sachdeva, who sang it, ‘stole’ the show.
Mahesh-Kishor
composed the song, which was written by Saawan Kumar Tak, who also produced,
directed and wrote the film.
